Well, there is is a Post Office, and everything there is here, so that gives Germany quick movement of goods, and that means a faster country.
There is newspaper and that influences the country by letting citizens know what sport, and political things have been going on. There is also, TV which makes more jobs, and people talking to each other, which makes the country more social.

North of Germany has more water so trees and plants grow more in the north.
The north is also colder than the south. Because of this, the north has more and bigger forests.
The fact that the forests grow north, it's very hard to cut down and build a civilization there.
Therefore, the south of Germany has more civilization, buildings, cars, population, etc.
Cars and trucks in Germany are the source of nitrogen contamination.
German Oak trees could die out because of the air pollution.
